If this is your first time hearing about the Stone Strong Warrior Ruck, you are probably wondering what a Warrior Ruck is. Simply put, a ruck march is a walk/hike with a rucksack or backpack with weight (30lbs) in it (although the weight is not required at this ruck).
So why would we choose to do this? Much like life, a ruck march is difficult. It requires us to carry the weight of our burdens and the difficulties of life. Together we can get through it. We get through it by training, discipline, endurance, and team work. We get through it by depending on God and those that God has put in our lives.
This Ruck March gives you the option of doing 3, 6, 9 or even 12 Miles! No matter the distance you choose to ruck, you MUST be with a fellow warrior. No one rucks alone, just like in life, we are never alone.
We do all of this to point people to Christ, while honoring Kayden Stone and the Stone family. The love for God that Kayden displayed is a love that we strive to have. Together, we can show people real love. A love that brings hope, strength, and peace. A love that can only come from God.
